2026 Hyundai Verna facelift: What to expect?
The latest spotting of the Verna facelift test car shows that the new model will offer reworked styling and new features. The current Verna has a polarising design that keeps potential customers away, and they opt for rivals like Volkswagen Virtus. Hyundai is expected to iron out the design and make it more conventional for sedan lovers.
While the test car is seen covered, the rear end partially shows a set of new LED lights with sharp elements. Moreover, the bumper design is more squared-off, and it looks more appealing than the current version. A close look also shows the new alloy wheels that are likely to be offered on the facelift.
As per our expectations, the cabin design will also get an overhaul. The biggest change is going to be a new dashboard with the dual or tri-screen display. Additionally, Hyundai will add more features to the Verna, including the new operating system for the infotainment screen, AI-assisted commands, and more.
Mechanically, the facelift will remain unchanged. The engine options of Verna include a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol and a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol.
The expected launch timeline of the new Verna is by mid-2026. With the new changes, the pricing is also estimated to take a hike.
