Ola Hyperservice: Everything you need to know about
Ola’s Hyperservice initiative has been introduced in Bengaluru. The Indiranagar-based Hyperservice centre has become the first specific service centre to offer quick servicing.
The Hyperservice initiative offers a complete digitalisation of the service work and promises the same-day service to customers. Additionally, customers can schedule, monitor the service progress, and keep all the records in the Ola Electric app, thus centralising the complete maintenance in a single place.
Meanwhile, the new Hyperservice centres have been redesigned to offer customer lounges, which will make sure that customers can relax and use amenities like Wi-Fi while their EVs get serviced.
Moreover, to expand the servicing network and to reach the tier-3 and rural areas, the brand has onboarded third-party service centres and mechanics. Additionally, the company has removed the middlemen and is now offering its genuine spare parts to individuals, mechanics, and customers, directly via the website or Ola app, which were previously reserved for the official service centres only.
Just in case anyone’s e-scooter needs to be kept at the service centre for more than one day, a spare S1 electric scooter will be provided to the customer. Furthermore, customers with the Ola Care+ package will get special discount coupons for Ola Cabs to travel while their EV gets serviced.
