The new HTE (EX) trim has been added above the HTE (O) trim. This new trim has been specifically curated for customers demanding features like a sunroof in the mid-spec variants.
Kia has priced the HTE (EX) at Rs 12.54 lakh (ex-showroom). This new trim is available for all three engine options, which include the following:
- 1.5-litre petrol HTE (EX) – Rs 12.54 lakh
- 1.5-litre turbo petrol HTE (EX) – Rs 13.41 lakh
- 1.5-litre turbo diesel HTE (EX) – Rs 14.52 lakh
The above-mentioned prices are ex-showroom and may differ as per the RTO or city.
Speaking of the details, this new variant offers new features that the HTE (O) misses out on. These include a sunroof, LED DRLs with position lamps, a driver-side window with one-touch up and down feature, automatic climate control, and LED cabin lighting.
Mechanically, the MPV is unaltered. The new HTE (EX) trim will take on the Maruti XL6 Zeta variants, especially the CNG option that is a popular choice among taxi operators in India.
