Mahindra has introduced a new doorstep service for its EV owners in Delhi NCR. This service will cater for a variety of needs of the Mahindra electric car owners. Check out its complete details below.

What is the Mahindra EV Assistance Van?
The newly introduced EV Assistance Van has been specially designed by Mahindra engineers to cater for a variety of service-related requirements of Mahindra EV owners in Delhi NCR. It will provide a doorstep service, including washing, wheel balancing, periodic maintenance, minor repairs, and more.
Additionally, the EV Assistance Van is equipped with a mobile charger to juice up the drained-out EVs and has a scissor lift to change the wheels or do the required maintenance work on the go. Considering that nearly 8% sales out of the total sales in the previous fiscal year were of EVs, Mahindra’s decision to introduce this doorstep maintenance service is encouraging for the new owners.
This eVan will soon be introduced in the other cities as well. Meanwhile, Mahindra has also launched an Institue of Learning Excellence Centre, which provides the upskill training for servicing, sales, mechanical repairs, and body shop expertise. This centre will not onlu upskill the mechanics, but it will also level-up the service centre experience of customers in the future.
