- Kawasaki ZX-10R gets a limited-time discount
- Rs 2.89 lakh discount announced on ex-showroom price
- Registration and insurance to be calculated on the old ex-showroom price
Kawasaki has announced a massive discount offer of Rs 2.89 lakh on the ex-showroom price of the ZX-10R flagship superbike. This discount equates to a lower purchase price of Rs 17.90 lakh; however, there is a twist attached to it.
The brand is offering the insurance and registration based on the old ex-showroom price, i.e. Rs 20.79 lakh. This means that the discount will only offer a price reduction on the ex-showroom price, but the on-road price will be calculated as per the old price.
While this does sound a little weird, the ZX-10R remains the most affordable motorcycle in its segment. Further, this new discount has made it even more affordable than ever before.
Meanwhile, the limited-time means that the discount offer will end on June 30, 2026. Until then, the discount offer is available across India.
The ZX-10R comes with a 998cc inline-four engine that makes 202 bhp and 112 Nm. It gets a host of electronics, including the wheelie control, engine brake control, ride modes, race telemetry, and more.
