Lexus has expanded the ES sedan range in India. The brand has introduced the ICE version of the ES, called the ES 350h. Last year, the ES 500e, a pure electric sedan, was introduced. The new ES 350h range now adds a petrol strong-hybrid engine option to the ES range in India.
2026 Lexus ES 350h: Everything to know
The new-generation ES 350h will be sold in India in two variants: Exquisite (Rs 66.10 lakh) and Luxury (Rs 71.80 lakh), both priced ex-showroom. The new ES 350h brings along the latest Clean Tech x Elegance design philosophy of the brand.
The exterior design features a sleek, modern outlook with its sloping bonnet and sloping coupe-like roofline. The front gets a protruding design for the bumper with sleek L-shaped daytime running LED lights, and vertically aligned sharp air dams.
The side profile is dominated by the sloping roofline and large rear-view mirrors, while a distinctive black highlight runs from the mirror to the rear wheel in an L-shape. The rear design features the new boot design that is inspired by coupe models, a sharp bumper, and sleek LED taillights.
On the inside, the 2026 ES 350h packs a luxurious cabin layout with timeless design highlights. The new dashboard features a new 12.3-inch digital cockpit and a big floating 14-inch infotainment screen that are inspired by the brand’s latest Tazuna cockpit concept.
The new ES 350h also features Nappa leather upholstery, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and touch control buttons for the dual-zone climate control, electric Boss Mode, reclining rear seats, automatic window curtains for the rear passengers, massaging seats with ventilation and heating, wireless charging pad with cooling, electric tailgate, customisable cabin LED mood lighting, panoramic sunroof, proximity-sensing switches on the dashboard, a heads-up display, and more.
It also comes loaded with the latest Lexus Safety+ 4.0 ADAS safety features that include adaptive cruise control, pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, adaptive cruise control, lane tracing assist, rear-traffic cross alert, speed limit sensor, traffic sign recognition, and up to 10 airbags.
Powering the new ES 350h is the tried and tested 2.5-litre four-cylinder strong hybrid engine. It is paired to an e-CVT gearbox and offers 244 bhp and delivers up to 23 km/l of mileage. The ES 350h uses a 201 bhp/270 Nm electric motor that is mounted on the front axle. It also gets paddle shifters to adjust the power as per the requirement, and also adjust the regenrative braking system.
The pre-bookings of the new ES 350h are now open, and deliveries are expected to commence shortly.
