2026 Mahindra Scorpio N facelift completely leaked before launch

Key highlights

  • Mahindra Scorpio N facelift leaked in full
  • Gets new body cladding and alloys
  • Interior revamped with a new centre console, bigger infotainment screen

Mahindra is soon going to take the cover off its new Scorpio N facelift. However, just weeks ahead of the official debut, the updated SUV has been leaked online in full.

Mahindra Scorpio N facelift: What is new?

The upcoming Scorpio N facelift will be the first update for the SUV ever since its launch in 2022. The leaked photos show that Mahindra has made some thoughtful changes to it, rather than making radical changes.

Exterior design

The exterior styling looks identical to the current model, but it now features the new five-spoke dual-tone machine-finished alloy wheels, new side body cladding, and a revised front bumper design. The SUV retains its LED projector headlamps, vertical slated grille, vertical LED taillights, and the boxy profile as before.

On the inside, the dashboard now features a redesigned centre console that takes inspiration from the Thar Roxx. There is a new, bigger 10.25-inch floating infotainment screen with a new UI and features like OTA updates, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, etc. Meanwhile, the centre console also gets the new AC vents and toggle-type switch controls for traction control, AC, hazard lights, etc.

Interior and features

The leaked photos also showcase a new digital driver console, which also looks inspired by the Thar Roxx. However, its user interface is slightly different from the Thar Roxx. We suspect that the digital driver console will only be offered on the range-topping Z8 trim. New features could include a panoramic sunroof, ambient lights, ventilated front seats, wireless charging, a 12-speaker Sony sound system, powered driver’s seat, and more.

In terms of the interior theme, seat design, door panels, steering wheel, etc, the updated SUV carries the same layout as before. Additionally, we do not expect any changes in the space management on the new Scorpio N facelift.

The safety features will include the ADAS suite on the range-topping variants. We believe that new ADAS features could be added for improved passive safety.

Engine specs

Since it will be a mild makeover, the new Scorpio N facelift will remain mechanically unaltered. The current model is powered by a powerful 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine offering 203 bhp, and a 2.2-litre turbo diesel engine offering 132 bhp. Both engine options will get a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic gearbox option along with an optional 4WD system.

The updated Scorpio N facelift is expected to be launched before the festive season this year. The new spy shots have surfaced from the dealership yard, thus confirming that these details are of the production-spec model. With the new features, the prices of the Scorpio N facelift could be increased as compared to the current model.
