Yezdi Roadster Red Wolf is now available to purchase through Amazon.in and Flipkart. The move gives customers in more Indian cities the option to begin their purchase journey online, while the actual delivery and registration process continues to be handled through the brand’s authorised dealer network.
The Yezdi Roadster Red Wolf is priced at Rs 2,09,950 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and continues to be available through Yezdi dealerships as well.
Red, chrome and unmistakably Yezdi
The Red Wolf gets a deep red finish with extensive chrome detailing, giving the roadster a retro appearance while retaining the relatively muscular stance of the modern Yezdi Roadster.
The styling takes inspiration from Yezdi’s 1970s legacy, with the Red Wolf essentially combining that old-school character with the mechanical package of the current-generation Roadster.
Powertrain
Power comes from Yezdi’s 350 Alpha2 liquid-cooled engine, paired with a 6-speed gearbox and an assist and slipper clutch.
The Red Wolf is designed with longer rides in mind, getting relaxed ergonomics, dual-channel ABS and a 12.5-litre fuel tank. Yezdi claims a range of more than 350 km, which should make it reasonably practical for weekend trips without having to hunt for a fuel pump every few hours.
How does buying it online work?
The online buying process is not quite a case of clicking “Buy Now” and having a motorcycle delivered to your doorstep. Customers first pay the ex-showroom booking amount through Amazon.in or Flipkart. An authorised local dealer then confirms the order and assists with the remaining on-road payment.
Registration and insurance are completed at the dealership, after which the motorcycle is handed over to the customer. Accessories and other add-ons will also continue to be purchased through the dealership.
Ownership package remains a strong point
Yezdi is also offering its Ownership Assurance Program with the Roadster Red Wolf. It includes a four-year / 50,000 km standard warranty, extended warranty options of up to six years, roadside assistance for up to eight years and AMC options for up to five years. These benefits are supported by the brand’s network of 450-plus sales and service touchpoints across India, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
