Key highlights

  • Axor Agera helmet introduced in India
  • Full-face helmet offering rear spoiler, EQRS, and four-density EPS liner
  • ECE 22.06, DOT and ISI-certified helmet

Axor has launched a new helmet model in India, called the Agera. It is a sporty helmet that offers a full-face design and the latest technology, along with multiple certified protection features.

The Agera helmet is available via the official website, online retail partners, and offline retail dealers. It is priced at Rs 9,251, and it is available in various head size options ranging from XS to XXL.

Speaking of its design details, the Agera helmet comes with an aerodynamic design that packs an integrated spoiler and a shell design that improves high-speed stability. There is also exhaust ventilation that provides airflow from the front to the rear via a tunnel system, which keeps the rider’s head cool.

Meanwhile, the rear spoiler design offers improved aerodynamics and reduced drag, which eventually reduces the load on the back of the rider’s neck. Meanwhile, the shell of the Agera helmet has been made from high-impact ABS, and it is paired with a four-density EPS liner.

Moreover, it offers an adjustable padding that takes shape as per the rider’s head to offer best comfort. The inner padding is washable and odour-free for ease of use and maintenance. The chin strap uses a double-D mechanism, which adds to the safety of the helmet.

Interestingly, Axor has created two different shell sizes that range from XS to M, and the bigger one covers L to XXL head sizes. The reason behind this is that this method helps maintain more appropriate helmet proportions across different sizes, which further offers equal comfort and safety to all sizes.

Speaking of the numbers, the Agrea full-face helmet weighs 1,650 grams (plus or minus 50 grams). The certifications include the ECE 22.06, DOT FMVSS 218, and ISI approvals, which ensure that users get utmost safety and legal compliance to use this helmet anywhere around the globe.
