Ather Rizta Z scooter Kannada language update
To celebrate the Karnataka Rajyotsava, Ather Energy has released a new OTA or Over-the-Air update for its Rizta Z scooter, offering Kannada language support.
All Rizta Z owners will receive the Kannada language option on their TFT consoles as the update is released in a phased manner, starting from November 1, 2025.
This update shows Ather’s commitment towards the regional markets in India. Karnataka is home to Ather’s innovations and production facilities, hence the best day to introduce Kannada language support was the Rajyotsava.
The current owners will be able to select their preferred regional language, including Kannada, from the settings menu on the console. Ather also intends to introduce more such region-specific updates in the future to help rural and tier-2 and tier-3 buyers in every way possible.
The Rizta Z is offered in two battery pack options: 2.9kWh and 3.7kWh, offering 123 km and 159 km range, respectively. It is priced between Rs 1.35 lakh to Rs 1.55 lakh (ex-showroom).
