- Honda 0 Alpha EV interior design spied
- Dashboard will offer a big floating infotainment screen
- Lots of physical buttons spotted
While Honda is late to enter the electric car segment in India, the brand’s upcoming 0 Alpha electric crossover SUV has already begun testing in India in March 2026. The latest sighting of a test car has managed to get a glimpse of its dashboard design, which looks production-spec.
The first-ever spy shot of the dashboard shows us a big infotainment console placed in the centre. Unlike other carmakers, Honda will keep things simple in its true fashion of designing simple cars. The dashboard gets a lot of physical button controls for AC and other features.
While there is no connected screen layout, the digital instrument console appears to be flush-mounted, which seems to be derived from the concept model. There is also a new three-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel, while the passenger side of the dashboard is simple and less clumsy.
By seeing the dashboard design, we believe that the 0 Alpha will try to bridge the gap between a conventional ICE car and a futuristic electric vehicle. Even the exterior styling says so, as it gets a boxy profile with a unique rear design that features an upright rear windshield and vertical LED lights.
Honda is expected to reveal the production-spec 0 Alpha next year in India. It will be positioned against the Maruti e Vitara and Toyota Urban Cruiser Ebella electric cars. So, the expected price bracket will also be similar to its rivals. More details are likely to follow in the coming months.
