Hero MotoCorp has officially revealed a new top-spec variant of the Xtreme 160R 4V, called the Combat Edition. It is the third Combat Edition model of the brand.

Hero Xtreme 160R 4V Combat Edition details
The new 160R 4V Combat Edition isn’t just a new paint scheme fiasco, but it offers a lot more. The brand has unveiled the bike ahead of the price announcement, with online teasers showing the new features.
The Combat Edition will be placed as the top variant in the Xtreme 160R lineup. It features a new colour scheme that uses a beautiful combo of grey shade, which is meshed with the lime green highlights and black components. The LED headlamp has also been updated with a new DRL design and main beam repositioning.
However, it is its ride-by-wire tech that has been upgraded with the benefit of cruise control. It is the first-in-segment feature, which will help in highway riding by reducing stress on the right palm of the rider.
Meanwhile, the Combat Edition also gets three ride modes, which include Road, Rain, and Sport. Moreover, it gets loaded with a new colour LCD console that offers turn-by-turn navigation and Bluetooth support for SMS/call alerts.
Apart from these changes, the Combat Edition is identical to the standard model. It continues to get power from its 163.2cc air-cooled engine offering 16.63 bhp.
We are expecting the official price announcement to take place soon. The Combat Edition is likely to be expensive by up to Rs 10,000 than the standard variant.
