Steelbird’s premium helmet nameplate, called IGNYTE, has introduced a new carbon fibre helmet range in India. The new carbon fibre helmets from IGNYTE are being offered in three models and different sizes, offering utmost protection at an affordable price.

Steelbird’s IGNYTE brand has introduced the new carbon fibre helmets. These helmets are made in India, and they offer ISI and DOT-approved certifications. IGNYTE has priced the carbon fibre range from Rs 14,999 for the IGN-10 and IGN-14 models, while the range-topping IGN-16 is priced at Rs 19,999.
All three carbon fibre helmets are offered in different sizes, and these also get a 3-year warranty along with free accessories like a smoked visor for easy daytime riding in the sun, customised-fitting head foam on the IGN-16, an EPP technology helmet miniature, and product tags for detailed technology explanation and branding.
The base of these helmets has been carved out from the EPP (Expandable Polypropylene) liner that is combined with Kevlar reinforcement. This setup provides exceptional energy absorption during an impact, has multi-impact absorption ability, and long-term durability. The biggest draw is the new EPP that replaces the EPS technology used on conventional helmets. The EPP uses memory foam, which gets back to its original form after absorbing light impacts.
IGNYTE has also equipped these helmets with comfort-oriented upgrades, which include an anti-fog visor, an anti-scratch visor, optical-grade correction for both visors, precision ventilation for proper airflow inside the helmet, and multifunctional anti-microbial interiors. With that said, the IGNYTE carbon fibre helmet range is now available nationwide through the official retailers and Steelbird showrooms and online certified retailers on various e-commerce platforms and the brand’s official website as well.
