Toyota Kirloskar has released its sales data for October 2025, revealing that its most affordable SUV, Hyryder, has beaten the most popular MPV, Innova, in monthly sales. Read below for the complete details.

Toyota Hyryder more popular than the Innova? Here’s why
The Hyryder SUV has eventually gained the popularity it deserved for a long time. As per the FADA sales data, Toyota Kirloskar has sold 11,555 units of the Hyryder in October 2025, which happens to be the newest best-selling record for the moniker.
Meanwhile, in comparison with the Innova nameplate, which is seldom in high demand, the Hyryder sold 466 more units. The Innova Crysta and Innova Hycross models cumulatively sold 11,089 units in October 2025. In fact, Hyryder accounted for 34% of Toyota’s sales in October 2025.
As far as the previous highest sales record of the Hyryder is concerned, the SUV sold 9,000 units in August 2025. However, with the latest new sales record, Hyryder has gained 57% year-on-year growth, which is a massive win for the Japanese carmaker.
The Hyryder, a jointly developed SUV with Maruti Suzuki, is available from Rs 10.95 lakh to Rs 19.50 lakh. It is offered with a strong hybrid engine, which has a claimed fuel economy of up to 26.97 km/l.
