TVS Apache RTX 300 BTO variant new price
The RTX is sold in three variants, out of which the BTO or Built-to-order variant is the top-spec, and it was earlier priced at Rs 2.29 lakh (ex-showroom). However, the latest price hike of Rs 5,000 is limited to the BTO variant, which has now led to a new price tag of Rs 2.34 lakh (ex-showroom).
But why the BTO variant only? It is being reported online that TVS has received a tremendous response and bookings for the RTX 300 adventure bike. However, most of these bookings are for the BTO top-spec variant, which comes loaded with features like TFT console, navigation support, ride modes, and more. Therefore, TVS has hiked its prices due to the popularity.
Powering the Apache RTX is an all-new RT-XD4 299cc, single-cylidner, liquid-cooled engine that offers 36 bhp and 28.5 Nm of peak power and torque, respectively. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox and comes with a slipper clutch.
The Apache RTX competes with the Hero Xpulse 210 and Kawaskai KLX 230 in India.
