Yamaha R15 and R3 70th Anniversary Edition details

The newly launched R15 and R3 70th Anniversary Editions have been inspired by the iconic 1970s sportsbike liveries of Yamaha. Hence, both bikes feature a beautiful dual-tone red and white paint shade.

The R15 gets a red coloured top front fairing around the headlamp, block graphics on the side fairing, and a red stripe on the fuel tank. The rest of the bike features the white colour panels, while the mechanical parts and the alloys feature a matte black contrasting shade.

Meanwhile, the R3 70th Anniversary Edition sees a slightly different use of the red colour. The latter has been used on the front fender, front top fairing, top of the fuel tank, and in the form of the block graphics on the side fairing. The rest of the bike features the white coloured body panels and matte black mechanical parts.

Apart from the cosmetic updates, both models pack the same mechanical setup as their standard counterparts. Additionally, there has been no change made to their features.

We are uncertain whether Yamaha will launch the 70th Anniversary Edition models in India or not. However, the brand has been known to launch the special edition bikes in India timely.
