- Maserati launches the MCPura Coupe at INR 4.12 crore; the MCPura Cielo convertible at INR 5.12 crore.

Maserati has dropped its latest supercar, the MCPura, in India and it’s as dramatic as you’d expect. The Coupe costs INR 4.12 crore, while the drop-top Cielo asks INR 5.12 crore. First shown globally just three months ago, the MCPura sharpens everything the MC20 started: more aero, more theatre, and just the right amount of Italian chaos.
The India-spec cars are identical to their global twins with no watered-down engines, no stripped features. You’re getting the full Modena madness.
Under the skin
At the heart of it all is Maserati’s 3.0-litre twin-turbo Nettuno V6—630hp, 720Nm, and all of it sent to the rear wheels through an 8-speed automatic. The Coupe cracks 0–100 km/h in 2.9 seconds, while the Cielo is a blink slower thanks to its folding roof.
Performance candy:
- 0–100 km/h in 2.9s (Coupe)
- Top speed: 325 km/h
- Carbon fibre monocoque chassis by Dallara
- Adaptive suspension + active aero
- Cielo adds a trick retractable glass roof
Design
The MCPura isn’t shy. There’s a new AI Aqua Rainbow paint that shifts colour in sunlight—like a rolling prism. The Coupe wears it matte, the Cielo glossy. Add butterfly doors, sculpted aero, and that big Trident badge up front, and you’ve got a car that’ll draw crowds even in Monaco.
Inside, it’s Alcantara everywhere, with laser-etched 3D seat patterns, a full digital cockpit, and interiors that flip between gloss (Coupe) and matte (Cielo). In short: high drama, high style, high bills.
Our take
This is Maserati turning the volume up to eleven. The MCPura isn’t just about numbers, it’s about presence. Maserati didn’t hold back: rainbow paint, butterfly doors, and a V6 soundtrack that could wake the neighbours three blocks away.
