Mahindra has been continuously testing the electric version of the XUV700. Now, the latest photo set leaked online, shows that it will feature an all-new design and modern features. Check its complete details below.

What to expect from the Mahindra XEV 7e?
The recently leaked photos of the upcoming XUV700 Electric shows that the new Mahindra EV will feature a complete design overhaul and a new cabin. These photos seems to have been leaked from the car’s infotainment simulation system.
The exterior of the XEV 7e, aka the XUV700 EV, look identical to the standard model at the first glance. However, it gets the new front fascia with the full-width connected LED DRL and vertical split LED headlights. Moreover, the company logo is illuminated and fixed on the closed front grille.
The side profile is nearly unchanged, but gets the new alloy wheels and new ORVMs. At the rear, it is expected to feature a new set of connected LED taillights and a new bumper design.
The more interesting detail has surfaced from the interior. The cabin seems to have undergone a massive revamp as compared with the standard XUV700. The dashboard features a new triple-screen setup with the new two-spoke steering wheel.
Mahindra will offer the XEV 7e in 7-seater and 6-seater variants. Features will include ambient lights, panoramic sunroof, electric tailgate, ventilated and electric seats, premium sound system, dual-zone AC, and more.
Powering the XUV700 Electric will be the same battery and electric motors as the XEV BE 6e. It will get the options of a 59kWh and a 79kWh battery pack, offering a maximum real-world range of 500+ km. Mahindra will also offer an AWD version.
The expected launch timeline of the XUV700 EV is November 2025. It will be priced around Rs 25-30 lakh.
