Maruti Suzuki Victoris CNG variants are a hit
As per an online report, the Victoris CNG has been a hit till now. Victoris was launched in September 2025, and ever since, the brand has sold 11,000 units of the CNG variants itself.
Interestingly, a total of 30,000 units have been sold cumulatively. With such a big number, the CNG variants accumulate 38% of total sales. After the CNG variants, 53% buyers are opting for the petrol variants, while 9% buyers are opting for the e-CVT strong hybrid variants.
The main reason behind the success of the CNG Victoris is its boot space. Unlike its sibling cars like the Grand Vitara CNG, the Victoris has the CNG tanks positioned below the boot, which offers a complete boot space.
Powering the CNG Victoris is the religiously used 1.5-litre four-cylinder CNG engine, which offers 88 bhp of peak power, and it comes paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox. It delivers an ARAI-certified mileage of 27.02 km/kg.
The Victoris CNG prices are as below:
- LXI – Rs 11.50 lakh
- VXI – Rs 12.80 lakh
- ZXI – Rs 14.70 lakh
