What to expect from the 2026 Skoda Kushaq facelift?
The upcoming Kushaq facelift will be a mid-lifecycle change for the mid-size SUV. The Kushaq, whose sales have been consistently down, will receive a worthy update in terms of design uplift and cabin upgrades.
The latest teaser shows the new LED DRLs that are connected by the dotted LED lightbar, giving it an all-new outlook. Similarly, the rear gets the new LED lights with a sleek design expanding on the boot lid, where both sides merge into the illuminated Skoda lettering. With these changes, we also expect a new grille, new bumpers, and new headlights that will elevate the Kushaq’s design.
Following the exterior updates, the cabin will also see a big overhaul. While the size and dimensions are likely to be unaltered, the Kushaq facelift will certainly offer a new dashboard with a bigger infotainment screen, a new digital console, a new steering wheel, and a revised centre console. The leather upholstery and the overall theme of the cabin will also evolve into a more premium experience.
The Kushaq has always been considered ‘moderately-equipped’, hence the facelift will offer the segment-best features, including the electric seats with ventilation, wireless connectivity, a Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, ambient lights, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, and more.
Mechanically, the Kushaq facelift will remain unchanged. It will continue to be offered with the currently available 1.0 TSI and 1.5 TSI engine options, both paired with the manual or automatic gearbox choices.
Price-wise, we believe that the Kushaq facelift will be positioned a little higher than the current pricing.
