Mahindra recently teased the Thar Roxx, hinting at a possible update. Before the brand launches the new model, the Thar Roxx Star Edition has been spied at a dealership stockyard. Check out what makes this edition different from the standard model below.

Mahindra Thar Roxx Star Edition: Everything you need to know
Spied at a dealership yard, the Thar Roxx Star Edition features an all-black theme on the exterior and interior. Unlike the Dark or Black Editions, the Star Edition has its own unique bits.
On the outside, it gets draped in black colour, which is matched with the glossy black alloy wheels. There is Star Edition badging on the C-pillars to signify its speciality. Apart from the black outlook, the Star Edition is similar to the standard Thar Roxx. It is based on the top-spec AX7L trim and gets all bells and whistles.
On the inside, the Thar Roxx features black leather upholstery on the dashboard and door pads. The seat leather is also all black, but to give the cabin a sense of luxury, the door pads also feature the Ivory White accents. Since it is based on the AX7L, it gets all features like the big infotainment screen, digital console, wireless charging, sunroof, ventilated front seats, and more.
Since it is a special edition, the Thar Roxx Star Edition will not feature any mechanical changes. It will be offered with the 2.2-litre m-Hawk diesel and the 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine options paired with manual and automatic transmission.
The expected launch price of the Thar Roxx Star Edition is Rs 19-23 lakh, depending on the RWD or 4WD configuration.
