Tesla Model Y exchange offer details
Last month, Tesla announced a Rs 2 lakh flat discount on the unsold Model Y units from the previous make year. Now, the brand has announced a Rs 3 lakh exchange offer for any petrol or diesel car. This offer makes the effective price of the new Model Y at Rs 56.89 lakh (for the base variant).
The recent offer states that the new buyers can save up to Rs 20,000 monthly on maintenance and fuel costs, only if they switch to the Model Y. With that said, new buyers can get their Model Y by just paying Rs 6 lakh down payment and with a monthly EMI of Rs 49,000. The fuel and maintenance savings bring the effective EMI to as low as Rs 29,000 monthly.
The current Model Y is offered in three versions in India: RWD, Long Range RWD, and AWD with FSD or full self driving technology (which costs Rs 6 lakh additional).
