Tata cars April 2026 price hike details
The latest announcement from Tata states that all ICE models, which include Tiago, Tigor, Punch, Nexon, Harrier, Sierra, and Safari, will undergo a price hike of up to 0.5% from April 2026. However, the model-wise price hike details will be announced next month only.
As far as the price hike is concerned, it is an annual ritual that most car manufacturers follow in India. The end of the financial year brings the price correction, which the carmakers calculate by deciding the input costs, taxes, and raw material costs. Moreover, this year, the Indian currency has been at an all-time low, which has further pushed the car manufacturers to ammend the prices of their cars.
With that said, the electric Tata cars are still safe, as the brand did not announce any price correction. Speaking of the future launches, Tata is gearing up to introduce the electric version of the Sierra in the coming months.
