Everything to know about the Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6

Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6

The new Flying Flea C6 has been designed based on the first Flying Flea model that was introduced in the early 1940s. It boasts a sleek body design with retro elements like the oval headlight and taillight, oval indicators, a teardrop-shaped dummy fuel tank, and a single floating-type rider seat.

Powering the Flying Flea C6 is a 3.91 kWh battery that is enclosed in a magnesium case with fins for air cooling. This battery is paired to a centre-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor that makes 15.4 kWh and 60 Nm of power and torque. The IDC-claimed range of the C6 is 154 km, while it weighs only 124 kg, which ensures that the rider gets maximum range between every charge cycle.

In terms of performance, it can sprint 0-60 km/h in 3.7 seconds, while it has a top speed of up to 115 km/h. The charging time is 2 hours and 16 minutes for a 0-100% top-up, while 20-80% charging takes only 1 hour and 5 minutes. Customers can also change the charging time via a smartphone app.

In terms of hardware, the C6 e-bike is loaded with the grider front forks and an adjustable rear monoshock. The bike rides on slim 19-inch tubeless alloy wheels, while offering 2047mm of ground clearance and 823 mm of seat height.

In terms of features, it gets a 3.5-inch TFT screen with Bluetooth connectivity and a clean UI that offers features like Google Maps integration, SMS/call alerts, ride modes, regen modes, and more. The 5 ride modes of the C6 are: City, Rain, Highway, Sport, and Custom. It also features a lean-sensitive traction control system along with a dual-channel ABS.

Royal Enfield is also offering the Battery-as-a-Service or BaaS option for the Flying Flea C6. The BaaS option is priced at Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Royal Enfield will commence the official bookings of the C6 from April 10, 2026, and initially it will be available in Bengaluru only.
