The latest agreement between Hyundai and TVS Motor comes after the former showcased a unique electric three-wheeler concept at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. Read below what this new joint venture means, and what to expect from the upcoming products out of it.

As per the latest joint venture between TVS and Hyundai, both makers will co-develop a new, affordable, and efficient range of electric three-wheelers, which will primarily target the last-mile delivery services and B2B customers.
Under this joint venture, Hyundai will use its expertise in research and development resources and advanced mobility technologies, while TVS Motor Company will use its expertise in EV platform development, three-wheeler development and manufacturing learnings.
The new models will then be manufactured by TVS and later sold in the Indian and global markets. India will remain the primary hub, but export markets will also bring more profits through this joint venture.
Both companies have already formed cross-functional teams of experts that have begun working on the new projects. More details about the upcoming models will surface in the coming months.
