The upcoming Karizma XMR 250 looks to have undergone a hefty design revision. Not only does it get more aggressive design details like the new graphics, but it also features a redesigned front fascia with a taller windshield and a revised riding posture, which now appears to be more committed than before.

Although the bike has not lost its design essence from the Karizma XMR 210, as it gets a similar overall silhouette. The close spy shots also reveal the TFT coloured console, which we believe will offer more connected features than before. It is possible that Hero has added new riding and traction modes for more fun, while the bike could also get cruise control, only if it gets a six-axis IMU.

The major talking point remains that new 249cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder motor that is likely to be sourced from the Xtreme 250R. This engine produces 30 bhp and 25 Nm on the naked Xtreme 250R, and we believe that the Karizma XMR 250 could use a more aggressive state of tune on this engine for a more thrilling performance. The six-speed gearbox will also get new gear ratios and revised sprocket sizes. Features like a slipper clutch and adjustable levers will be offered as standard.

The bike appears to be riding on 17-inch alloy wheels, a USD front suspension, and an adjustable rear monoshock suspension. With that said, the new Karizma XMR 250 could be launched in the coming weeks. It will be priced marginally higher than the Xtreme 250R.
