Kawasaki has launched the updated 2027 Ninja 300 in India. The new bike is priced at Rs 3.34 lakh (ex-showroom), and it comes in a single, fully-loaded variant that is available in a Lime Green exterior colour only.

Speaking of the changes, the new Ninja features the updated graphics, which set it apart from the outgoing version. However, the design of the bike has become outdated, and Kawasaki has been trying to keep it alive somehow. The brand had introduced the twin-pod projector headlights in the last update, which gives it a rather fresh appeal.

The Ninja 300 continues to offer a ‘natural’ riding position. The rider can experience a mix of committed riding posture and a comfortable suspension and chassis setup. This allows for comfortable and fast-paced long-distance touring.

In terms of features, it gets LED lighting, a semi-digital instrument console that is completely outdated considering the price and segment this bike belongs to, a Kawasaki traction control system, and more. Kawasaki has updated the new Ninja 300 with a bigger 290 mm front petal disc brake, which is expected to improve its braking and control.

Moreover, as the brand has mentioned on its website, the new Ninja 300 features heat management technology, which is generally used on the higher Ninja models. This allows for better airflow and keeps the engine considerably cooler even under hard riding conditions.

Additionally, the new Ninja 300 features the dual throttle valve technology that has been carried over from the Ninja ZX-10R and ZX-6R. This technology allows for a linear power delivery and also improves fuel efficiency.

Mechanically, the new Ninja 300 is unchanged. It continues using an E20-compliant 296cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine that makes 38.4 bhp and 26.1 Nm of peak power and torque. It is paired with a 6-speed transmission and a slipper clutch.
