BSA has expanded its motorcycle portfolio at EICMA 2026 with two new 350cc models: the Bantam Scrambler 350 and Bantam Bobber 350. While both motorcycles share the same displacement, they use differently tuned engines and have distinct chassis and styling characteristics.
The new models are part of BSA’s push to strengthen its presence in European markets. Interestingly, the Scrambler 350 draws inspiration from the 1966 BSA Bushman, while the Bobber takes a more traditional low-slung cruiser approach.
Powertrain
The Bantam Scrambler 350 is powered by a new 334cc single-cylinder engine producing 29 hp and 30 Nm. BSA says the motor has been developed to reduce weight while delivering stronger low- and mid-range performance and sharper throttle response.
The motorcycle gets a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke wheel setup, paired with a 320 mm front disc and a 240 mm rear disc. Its seat height stands at 812 mm, while kerb weight is 184 kg. The design includes a round headlamp, raised front fender, fork gaiters, side number plates and an upswept exhaust. It will be offered in Black, Green and Grey.
The Bantam Bobber 350 uses a separate 334 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, producing 28.2 hp and 26.4 Nm. It is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
The standard version gets a 41 mm telescopic front fork and a preload-adjustable rear monoshock. It rides on 18-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels, with disc brakes at both ends and dual-channel ABS.
At 742mm, its seat height is considerably lower than the Scrambler’s, although the Bobber weighs 189kg. BSA has showcased it in a dark red and grey finish.
India launch remains uncertain
BSA has confirmed that the new motorcycles are expected to reach European markets in 2027. However, there is no official confirmation of an India launch or pricing yet.
