BMW F 450 GS: Everything you need to know
BMW has commenced the official pre-bookings for its upcoming F 450 GS model. The F 450 GS was showcased globally at EICMA 2025, and it will be launched in India on April 23.
The F 450 GS has been co-developed with TVS, and it will be manufactured by TVS at the Hosur-based production plant. Speaking of the bike, it will become the entry model in the GS lineup in India upon launch.
The F 450 GS is offered in four variants globally, and we believe the same will follow in India. It is powered by a new 450cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine that makes 48 bhp and 43 Nm, while being paired to a 6-speed transmission.
The design of the F 450 GS is inspired by the bigger GS models, and it features a relaxed riding posture. The top-spec variant is likely to offer a long list of high-end equipment, including the spoke tubeless tyres, adjustable suspension, a TFT console with Bluetooth connectivity, ride modes, cornering ABS, cruise control, and more.
The F 450 GS is likely to be positioned around Rs 4.5-5 lakh in India. To pre-book it, you can connect to your nearest BMW Motorrad dealership.
