JSW Motors experience centres: Everything to know
In a recent media interaction, JSW spokesperson revealed that the brand is all set to open four experience centres in India before it officially brings the new cars to the domestic market. These experience centres will be placed in top-tier cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad.
As per the details revealed in the media interaction, these experience centres will display the upcoming cars of the brand, which are likely to be the sub-brands of Chery Automobile, a China-based car giant known for its new energy vehicles (NEVs). Additionally, these experience centres will create awareness among the new customers related to the brand and the technology used in the upcoming models, like the plug-in hybrid.
As far as the car lineup is concerned, JSW will bring the popular Jetour T2 SUV in India along with the iCaur V23 electric SUV. Moreover, the brand has silently patented numerous models, including the Jaeccoo J5 EV and more.
The Jetour T2 PHEV or plug-in hybrid version will be the launch pivot of the brand. It will be positioned around Rs 35-40 lakh in India. The T2 is a popular SUV in the Middle East and China, and it offers up to 381 bhp/610 Nm, with a pure electric range of up to 139 km. The T2 can offer up to 1,000 km of range on a full tank of petrol.
