KTM Duke recall, what is it?
The latest recall announcement for the various Duke models comes from Europe, where the Austrian bike manufacturer has found out that the select units of the 125 Duke, 250 Duke, 390 Duke, and 990 Duke models have been equipped with a faulty fuel cap seal, which could lead to a possible fuel leakage.
While the manufacturer has reported that there have been no recorded incidents due to this fault, the recall has been made as a precautionary measure. As per the brand, the fuel cap seal does not match the quality standard requirements of the company, and it needs to be changed.
Since it is a global recall, if you also own one of these Duke models, make sure to contact your nearest KTM dealership to get your motorcycle rectified with the correct quality standard fuel cap seal in order to avoid any future mishaps.
