Next-gen Hyundai Venue: Everything you need to know
The Hyundai Venue has been a top-selling compact SUV in India and in international markets. However, it is long overdue for a thorough update, which Hyundai is working on. The upcoming next-generation Venue has been spotted at a fuel station with complete camouflage.
While not many details can be concluded from these spy images, we know that the new Venue will feature a substantially improved exterior and interior design. On the outside, it will get a new fascia, new LED-connected lights, and an overall boxy shape that will resemble the new Creta. Some of the visible exterior details include the new ORVMs, new dual-tone alloys, and a panoramic sunroof.
On the inside, the redesigned seats and cabin will offer a far more premium feel than the current model. Moreover, it will get the connected curved screen display, along with the new features, including the Level 2 ADAS, wireless connectivity, panoramic sunroof, and more.
On the mechanical front, the new-generation Venue is likely to remain unchanged. It will be offered with the options of a 1.2-litre petrol, a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol, and a 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine. These will be paired with a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed iMT, and a 7-speed DCT auto gearbox options.
The expected launch timeline of the new-gen Venue is by November 2025. Upon its launch, it will rival the Mahindra XUV 3XO, Tata Nexon, and Maruti Brezza. The expected price range of the new Venue is Rs 7.5-13.5 lakh.
