Renault India has launched the first-ever update for the Duster SUV. The new Adventure Edition version has been introduced from a starting price of Rs 12.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The Adventure Edition offers mild cosmetic tweaks for a distinguished road presence.
Renault Duster Adventure Edition: Everything to know
The new Duster Adventure Edition is based on the standard model, but it features the new body graphics on the rear-quarter panels. These topographical graphical lines are inspired by the geographical coordinates of Leh & Ladakh. Additionally, the front doors feature a squared-off emblem plate that features ‘Duster’ lettering along with the new Renault logo and the topographical lines.
With that said, the Adventure Edition also gets the new floor mats as part of the standard equipment. These changes might not justify the ‘Adventure’ tagline, but Duster’s powerful 1.3-litre turbo petrol T280 engine does that for sure. This engine makes 163 bhp and 280 Nm, and it is available with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed wet dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
However, if you do like to save money, you can compromise on the performance and buy the 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engine that comes with a 6-speed manual transmission. This engine option is also the most efficient in the entire Duster range.
The Duster Adventure Edition do not compromise on the features. It comes loaded with LED headlights and taillights, dual-tone 18-inch alloys, electric tailgate, ambient lights, panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, dual digital screens, and more. The safety features include adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist and lane monitoring system, blind monitoring system, automatic emergency braking system, traffic sign recognition, and more.
The new Duster Adventure Edition is now available across India, and its ex-showroom prices are as follows:
- 1.0-litre MT: Rs 12.99 lakh
- 1.3-litre MT: Rs 13.99 lakh
- 1.3-litre AT: Rs 15.39 lakh
