Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6 electric scrambler unveiled at EICMA 2026

Key highlights

  • Flying Flea S6 gets a scrambler-inspired design with a 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoked wheel setup.
  • Features six riding modes, including a dedicated off-road setting, lean-sensitive ABS and adjustable traction control.
  • Gets a 3.5-inch circular TFT touchscreen running Fleaware.OS; launch planned for summer 2027.

Royal Enfield has showcased the production-spec Flying Flea S6 at EICMA 2026, giving us a closer look at the second electric motorcycle under its dedicated Flying Flea brand. Unlike the urban-focused C6, the S6 has been designed to take on rough roads and light trails while retaining the compact proportions and lightweight construction that define the range.

The S6 will be offered in two colour options: Dart Yellow and Lightning Grey. Royal Enfield has confirmed a summer 2027 launch, although pricing and India-specific availability details are yet to be announced.

Design and hardware

The Flying Flea S6 carries a noticeably more rugged appearance than the C6. It gets a flat, enduro-style seat, wide handlebars with knuckle guards, a raised front mudguard and exposed frame elements. The battery is housed in a finned magnesium casing, which has been designed to aid heat dissipation while keeping weight in check.

The motorcycle rides on wire-spoke aluminium wheels with dual-purpose tyres, in a 19-inch front and 18-inch rear configuration. Suspension duties are handled by a conventional USD fork and a longer-travel rear setup, giving it the hardware to deal with uneven surfaces. The final drive is chain-operated, rather than the belt drive used on the C6.

New tech

Power comes from a high-torque electric motor, but Royal Enfield has not yet disclosed the S6’s motor output, battery capacity or claimed range. These details will be important in understanding how it compares with the C6 and other electric motorcycles.

The electronics package is more comprehensive. The S6 gets six riding modes, including a dedicated off-road setting and a customisable mode. Riders can also adjust regenerative braking and traction control intervention. Lean-angle-sensitive ABS is included, with the option to disable it on both wheels for off-road use.

A circular 3.5-inch TFT touchscreen runs the brand’s Fleaware.OS operating system. It supports navigation and connected vehicle functions, while smartphone and smartwatch integration allows features such as digital locking, vehicle status monitoring, live location sharing and security alerts.

India launch and pricing

The Flying Flea S6 is scheduled to launch in summer 2027. Royal Enfield is yet to announce its price, and the final specifications for the Indian market remain unconfirmed.
