2026 Maruti Brezza facelift variant-wise mileage

As per the details revealed by the brand, the new Brezza facelift delivers the following figures depending on the engine and variant opted:

1.0-litre Boosterjet Turbo mileage

The latest addition to the Brezza is the new 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engine sourced from the Maruti Fronx. This engine generates 108 bhp and 170 Nm of power and torque, and it is available with only a 6-speed manual gearbox. It delivers the ARAI-claimed fuel efficiency as follows:

  • LXi/VXi Turbo – 20.47 km/l
  • ZXi/ZXi+ Turbo – 19.96 km/l

1.5-litre Petrol NA mileage

Maruti Suzuki has continued with the 1.5-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine as well. Buyers can opt for this engine with a 6-speed AISIN-sourced torque-converter automatic gearbox or a 5-speed manual gearbox. The variant-wise claimed fuel economy of this engine is as follows:

  • LXi/VXi MT – 21.09 km/l
  • ZXi MT – 20.81 km/l
  • VXi/ZXi/ZXi+ AT – 20.17 km/l

1.5-litre CNG engine mileage

Maruti’s best-seller engine option for the Brezza has been its 1.5-litre CNG powertrain. This engine comes paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox only. It now delivers up to 26.90 km/kg for every variant (LXi/VXi/ZXi). Meanwhile, the biggest update that Maruti has done to the CNG Brezza is the new underbody CNG tank placement. It has now become the second Maruti car after Victoris to offer the underbody CNG tank. The underbody CNG tank placement means a completely free boot, which was the biggest con on the outgoing model.

With that said, Maruti Suzuki has commenced bookings of the new Brezza nationwide. The detailed price list has also been revealed, and it is available from Rs 7.40 lakh to Rs 13.70 lakh (ex-showroom), depending on the powertrain opted for.
