Kawasaki has introduced the new MY26 Versys 1100 sports-tourer bike in India. The new bike features slight changes to its visual appeal. Read more below.

2026 Kawasaki Versys 1100: What is new?
The first and the biggest change that the new Versys gets is the all-new 1,099cc, inline-four, liquid-cooled engine. This unit has replaced the old 1,043cc engine.
It now offers 135 PS of peak power and 112 Nm of peak torque. This engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission, which gets a slipper-assist clutch. Moreover, Kawasaki claims to have re-engineered the fifth and sixth gears for better cruising and higher fuel economy.
In terms of design, it features a relaxed riding posture with slightly rear-set footpegs for the rider. The fully adjustable 43 mm USD front forks and a preload-adjustable monoshock at the rear offer a subtle ride quality.
The rider aids include the cruise control, cornering ABS, ride modes, traction control, an adjustable windscreen, a bi-directional quickshifter, a negative LCD console, a USB Type-C charging port, a 12V DC socket, and more.
The new Versys 1100 is now available across all the dealerships in India. It is priced at Rs 13.89 lakh (ex-showroom).
