2025 Bajaj Pulsar 150 reaches dealerships ahead of official launch

Key highlights

  • 2025 Bajaj Pulsar 150 units spotted at dealerships before formal launch
  • Visual updates expected, while the trusted 150cc engine remains unchanged
  • Bajaj looks set to keep its bestselling motorcycle fresh without reinventing it

The 2025 Bajaj Pulsar 150 has started arriving at dealerships across several cities, even as Bajaj Auto is yet to make an official launch announcement. Dealer-level sightings suggest the update is imminent, and the changes appear to focus on visual tweaks rather than mechanical upgrades. For a motorcycle that continues to sell in strong numbers year after year, this approach makes complete sense.

What’s new

From what is visible at showrooms, the 2025 Pulsar 150 carries revised colour options and refreshed graphics. The tank shrouds and side panels now feature sharper decals, while the overall finish looks cleaner and slightly more premium. The familiar muscular stance remains intact, which is good news for buyers who like the Pulsar 150 for its mature, no-nonsense design.

What remains

Mechanically, the motorcycle stays true to its roots. The Pulsar 150 continues to use the 149.5cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces around 14 PS of power and 13.25 Nm of torque. The motor pairs with a 5-speed gearbox and remains known for its smooth power delivery and excellent real-world efficiency. Bajaj seems in no hurry to fix something that clearly is not broken.

The hardware setup also remains unchanged. Expect telescopic front forks, twin rear shock absorbers, disc brake options, and single-channel ABS. This configuration has proven reliable and easy to live with, especially for riders who use the Pulsar 150 as a daily commuter with occasional highway runs.

Pricing is expected to see only a minor revision, if any. Bajaj will likely position the 2025 Pulsar 150 competitively to protect its stronghold in the 150cc segment, where rivals come and go, but the Pulsar remains stubbornly popular.
