MG cars January 2026 price hike details
As the new year is nearing, carmakers have begun rolling up their sleeves to revise the prices of their products. Beginning this bandwagon of price hikes is the MG Motor India, a brand that is now operated by JSW Group. The brand has announced that its new cars will become expensive by up to 2 percent from January 1, 2026.
While the exact details of the model-wise price hike are unknown, we believe that the popular models like the new Hector facelift or the Cyberster will undergo the maximum price hike. Meanwhile, the slow-selling cars like the Astor and ZS EV are likely to receive less price hikes.
Mind you, MG has recently launched the updated Hector and Hector Plus models in India. So, if you are planning to buy it, now is the correct time.
