Mahindra has revised the price list of the Thar 3-Door SUV. The latest price update has made Thar more expensive by Rs 20,000. Check the new variant-wise price list below.

Mahindra Thar January 2026 price list
The latest price hike for the Thar SUV brings a uniform increment of Rs 20,000 on all variants and both engine options, excluding the base variant. Interestingly, the 1.5-litre RWD manual transmission ATX variant is still priced at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The new prices of Thar are as follows:
Mind you, the above-mentioned prices are ex-showroom.
Apart from the price revision, there are no changes made. The 3-Door Thar continues to be one of the top-selling SUVs in India. Mahindra is working on its facelift, which is expected to be launched later this year. The Thar 3-Door facelift will likely offer a new front fascia inspired by Thar Roxx, and new features like LED headlights, and more. Mechanically, the Thar facelift will remain unaltered.
The current-gen Thar SUV is offered with three engine options: a 1.5-litre turbo diesel, a 2.0-litre turbo petrol, and a 2.2-litre m-Hawk turbo diesel.
