Bajaj Adventure Bike Spied Testing Again

Bajaj might be late to the party of the ADV bikes in India, but it certainly knows its motorcycles and the Indian market. Hence, its upcoming ADV bike will offer a combination of relaxed riding ergonomics, long-travel suspension for off-roading, and a liquid-cooled engine.

The latest spy images reveal the mid-controls and a relaxed riding posture of the rider. The front design is dominated by a long beak and an Enduro-styled silhouette. The test bike seems to be riding on the dual-purpose tyres that are wrapped on the tube spoke rims.

Interestingly, the rear design has a similar LED taillight with a split design to the Pulsar N series models. The test bike also had a top box, which shows that it is being developed for all-purpose riding. Other interesting details include the sculpted fuel tank, a digital instrument console, a single seat, upswept exhaust, and a long tail-mounted mudguard.

Bajaj Right Side View

Unlike the mid-capacity ADV bikes like the KTM ADV 390, this test mule is suspended on a simple frame and a lightweight chassis. The purpose here seems clear – the bike should be fun and light. Powering it could be a 250cc liquid-cooled engine sourced from the Pulsar N250. This will be retuned as per the ADV setup, and it is likely to offer a punchy mid- and low-range.

As of now, the launch timeline of this bike and its name are unknown. But the road testing phase means that it is in the final stage of the development. Therefore, we can safely assume that it is likely to debut by the end of this year in India. Since it will be a sub-250cc bike, it will be priced in the same ballpark as the Hero Xpulse 210.
