QJMotor SRV 600 V2: What to expect from it?

QJMotor might not have succeeded in India as it expected to be, but the brand is not giving up yet. A latest sighting of the SRV 600 V2 cruiser bike with red TC plates hints that the brand will soon launch it in India. The bike was spotted completely undisguised in black paint shade, and we believe that it was out for a homologation test.

Leaving the test aside, the SRV 600 V2 is sold in the global market, and the test bike looked similar to the global model. Speaking of its market in India, it will compete with the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650, as it is powered by a 550cc V-twin liquid-cooled engine that makes 52 bhp and 53 Nm.

It has a low-slung design with low ground clearance, which is typical for cruiser bikes. Meanwhile, the riding ergonomics are relaxed, and the mid-set controls with a flat handlebar and bar-end mirrors give the rider a proper American cruiser feel. Accentuating the latter are the twin exhaust pipes on the right side, which further make it feel like a Harley-Davidson.

Hardware-wise, the bike is well equipped with stuff like the upside-down front forks, 17-inch tubeless tyres and alloy rims, dual-channel ABS, LED lights, digital instrument cluster, and more. Realistically, the bike is likely to be introduced in the coming months, but the brand has not revealed or hinted at any plans to introduce it yet.
