Amkette launches AirPulse range of tyre inflators from Rs 1,399

Amkette has entered the tyre inflator market with its new AirPulse range, comprising five models designed for different use cases, from everyday vehicle maintenance to roadside emergencies. Prices start at Rs 1,399 and go up to Rs 5,499.

All AirPulse models use high-efficiency motors, with most offering up to 150 PSI maximum rated pressure and up to 120 PSI working pressure. They also feature preset inflation modes for cars, bikes, bicycles and sports balls. Digital pressure displays provide real-time readings, with support for PSI, Bar, kPa and Kg/cm². Amkette claims accuracy of up to ±1 PSI across the range.

The entry-level AirPulse S100 is a wired inflator with a five-metre DC cable and a metal air nozzle. Amkette says it can inflate a 195/65 R15 tyre from 0 to 35 PSI in approximately 8-9 minutes. It weighs 420g and comes with multiple adapters and a storage bag.

The S300 adds a 4,500mAh battery for cordless operation while retaining wired functionality. It also gets a USB-A port with 5W power-bank functionality. The X200 is a fully cordless 413g unit with a 5,400mAh battery and dual LED display showing current and target pressure.

The X300 combines the same 5,400mAh battery capacity with wired and wireless operation, a dual LED display, emergency light and 5W USB-A charging.

At the top of the range, the AirPulse Pro X400 combines four functions in one device. It works as a tyre inflator, jump starter, power bank and emergency light. Its compressor covers a 3-150 PSI range, while the 6,000mAh battery provides over 24 minutes of continuous runtime. The jump starter is rated at 800A peak and supports 12V petrol and diesel vehicles.

All five models feature overheat protection and emergency lighting, including SOS functionality. The X400 also gets USB-A and USB-C ports for charging devices.
