Avis India has expanded its premium chauffeur-driven mobility portfolio with the introduction of customised Force Urbania vans. The new service is aimed at customers who need to move larger groups together, without having to coordinate multiple vehicles for the same journey.
The vans are now available in Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru, with configurations accommodating between nine and 11 passengers. The addition complements Avis India’s existing premium people-mover fleet, which includes the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Toyota Vellfire and Kia Carnival.
Customised interiors focus on passenger comfort
The Force Urbania vans have been customised with passenger comfort and convenience in mind. The cabin gets dual air-conditioning, dedicated rear AC vents across all rows and individual USB charging points for passengers.
The seating and luggage arrangements are designed to accommodate group travel across different requirements, ranging from airport transfers and corporate movements to longer intercity journeys. The larger seating capacity also allows families, corporate teams and event groups to travel together rather than splitting into multiple cars.
Avis owns and operates the fleet
One of the key aspects of the new service is Avis India’s operating model. The company owns and operates the customised Urbania fleet, rather than relying on third-party vehicle operators.
The vans are maintained according to the standards set by Avis India’s fleet management department and are driven by professional chauffeurs. Customers also get access to confirmed reservations, flexible itinerary management and the company’s 24/7 customer support infrastructure.
This integrated approach is intended to simplify group transportation, particularly for corporate delegations, conventions and destination weddings where multiple pick-up and drop-off locations need to be coordinated.

The customised Force Urbania vans can be booked for airport transfers, local travel, corporate movements, events and outstation journeys across Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
