BMW R 1300 GS Adventure Dark Edition details
The new Dark Edition of the R 1300 GS Adventure boasts a black outlook. It includes a Triple Black styling, where the spoke rims have been painted black, along with the new high-tinted windscreen, tinted deflectors, black colour scoops on the fuel tank, heated rider and pillion seats, and a theft alarm.
The bike boasts a black paint theme with the bits like the headlight cowl, side panels, tail section, etc, all painted black. However, there is subtle use of aluminium on the exhaust can, exhaust pipe leg protector, and the engine bash plate.
Apart from these visual changes the bike is unaltered from the regular model. It comes equipped with the 1,300cc boxer-twin engine that makes 145 bhp and 149 Nm. It gets features like ERC or easy ride clutch, along the convenience pack like electronically adjustable suspension, and more.
The Dark Edition R 1300 GS is meant for the French market as of now. But, if it gets popular, we believe that BMW will launch it in the other markets as well. It is currently priced at 22,900 Euros (approximately Rs 25.49 lakh). The pre-bookings are limited till June 30 in France.
