Honda Elevate facelift bookings open ahead of October 6 launch

Key highlights

  • Pre-bookings for the updated Elevate are now open for Rs 21,000
  • Facelift gets a revised front-end, connected LED lighting and a refreshed cabin
  • The existing 1.5-litre petrol engine and manual/CVT options are expected to continue

Honda Cars India has opened pre-bookings for the new Elevate ahead of its India launch on October 6, 2026. Customers can book the updated SUV at authorised Honda dealerships by paying Rs 21,000. India will also be the first market globally to receive the refreshed Elevate.

Honda has released a teaser alongside the booking announcement, giving a first look at several exterior and interior changes.

New lighting and revised front-end

The facelift gets a redesigned grille with glossy hexagonal elements, while the Honda logo has moved from the grille to the bonnet. The teaser also reveals segmented LED DRLs and a connected LED tail-light setup.

The main headlamps and fog-lamp housing appear largely similar to the outgoing SUV. Interestingly, the teaser confirms that the Elevate continues with a LaneWatch camera on the left ORVM, rather than adopting a 360-degree camera system.

Cabin gets a more premium treatment

Honda has also made changes inside the cabin. The teaser shows white leatherette padding and stitching, along with amber ambient lighting on the dashboard and door pads.

Honda has not revealed the complete feature list yet. However, expected additions include ventilated front seats, a powered co-driver’s seat, dual-zone climate control and rear sunblinds. A factory-fitted 360-degree camera has also been reported as a possibility, although this remains to be confirmed.

Petrol engine likely unchanged

The facelift is expected to retain the existing 1.5-litre naturally aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine, producing 121 hp and 145 Nm. Transmission options are also expected to remain a six-speed manual and a seven-step CVT.

Honda is not expected to introduce the City’s 1.5-litre strong-hybrid powertrain with the Elevate facelift.

The current Elevate is priced from Rs 11.81 lakh to Rs 16.36 lakh, ex-showroom. Revised prices will be announced at the launch on October 6.
