- KTM unveils limited 1390 Super Duke RR with just 350 units globally
- New ‘Beast mode’ unlocks sharper performance and electronics
- Track-focused upgrades make it the wildest Super Duke yet
KTM has taken its already unhinged KTM 1390 Super Duke RR and pushed it even further into madness. Meet the latest 350-unit special. And yes, it now gets something called Beast mode. If the name sounds dramatic, that’s because the bike is.
What exactly is Beast mode?
KTM has introduced a new riding mode called Beast mode, and it is not just a marketing gimmick. This mode sharpens throttle response, relaxes electronic intervention, and lets the rider access the bike’s full potential. In simpler terms, it removes the safety nets. Or at least loosens them enough for experienced riders to have some serious fun.
This is clearly aimed at track use. It is not the mode you casually switch on during your Sunday coffee run unless you enjoy chaos.
Built to be faster, lighter, sharper
The Super Duke RR already sits at the top of KTM’s naked bike food chain. This special edition takes things further with weight-saving components and track-focused hardware.
Expect extensive use of carbon fibre across body panels. You also get high-end suspension and braking components tuned for aggressive riding. The riding position remains committed. The ergonomics push you forward. Everything about this motorcycle tells you it wants to be ridden hard.
Same brute heart, now even angrier
Underneath all the upgrades sits the same 1,350cc V-twin engine. It produces 188 bhp power and 145 Nm of peak torque, making it one of the most aggressive naked bikes on sale. The difference here is not just numbers. It is how that performance gets delivered.
With Beast mode activated, the bike feels more alive, more responsive, and more intimidating.
Exclusivity is part of the appeal
KTM will produce just 350 units of this RR variant globally. That makes it rare. And in this segment, rarity matters almost as much as performance. It is not just about owning a fast bike. It is about owning something very few others can.
