TVS Motor Company has announced the revised prices of its scooter range. The latest price hike has increased the sticker price of all scooters, ranging up to Rs 11,000 more than before.
TVS scooters price hike details
The latest price hike for scooters comes after the input costs have been witnessing a consistent rise, as per the company. With that said, the Orbiter V1 family electric scooter has undergone the biggest price hike of Rs 11,000. Meanwhile, the iQube 3.1 kWh version is the only scooter whose price has not been changed.
Along with these, the company has also revised the prices of the Jupiter 110, Jupiter 125, and Ntorq 125 scooters. Meanwhile, the iQube 3.5 kWh variant is now costlier by Rs 9,000, the iQube 2.2 kWh version is costlier by Rs 5,000, the iQube S variant is costlier by Rs 6,000, and the range-topping iQube ST variant is now costlier by Rs 3,000.
The Orbiter electric scooter designed for families has also undergone a price hike. The V1 version of the Orbiter has undergone a price hike of Rs 3,700, which concludes a total price hike of Rs 11,000 since its launch early this year. Meanwhile, the V2 version price has also been increased by Rs 3,900. The Orbiter range now stands at Rs 91,500 to Rs 1.13 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Moving on to the petrol scooters, the Jupiter 110 scooter is now costlier by Rs 575 to Rs 1,950, depending on the variant opted for. Its bigger sibling, i.e. the Jupiter 125, is now costlier by Rs 875 to Rs 2,410, depending on the variant opted for. The Ntorq 125 Disc variant and the newly launched Race Edition variant have also undergone a minimal price hike of Rs 850. The new prices have come into an immediate effect across all dealerships nationwide.
