Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide – Details explained
The new CVO Street Glide has been launched alongside the new Road Glide. Interestingly, it shares the same chassis and engine as the Road Glide, but it is priced at a far lesser Rs 63.03 lakh tag.
The main difference between the Road Glide and the Street Glide is its ‘Batwing’ front apron. This design looks inspired by the classic bagger motorcycles, and embeds a new LED headlight in it. Apart from the front design, the Street Glide is similar to the Road Glide.
The bike features a relaxed riding posture and the new tech, which includes the big 12.3-inch TFT console, 4-speaker Rockford Fostage sound system, wireless Apple CarPlay, built-in navigation, traction modes, ride modes, and more.
Powering the CVO Street Glide is the new 1,977, Milwaukee Eight 121 V-twin liquid-cooled engine that offers 115 bhp/180 Nm. It is paired with a 6-speed transmission and a slipper clutch for a seamless riding experience.
The bike is suspended on USD forks at the front and dual shockers at the rear, with adjustability for the latter. The braking duties are done via the twin 320 mm discs at the front and a single 300 mm disc at the rear.
