Everything to know about the 2027 KTM 450 Rally replica
The KTM 450 Rally replica is every ADV lover’s dream. Based on the championship-winning factory racing bike, the replica offers almost everything that a Dakar Rally racer from KTM’s team would experience.
Starting with the design, it boasts a tall and slim structure with lightweight body panels, offering minimal comfort. Since the target is performance, the bike is equipped with premium and lightweight materials.
The 450 Rally replica can be had in two variants: Standard and a special Luciano Benavides iteration. The former is priced around Rs 42.44 lakh, while the latter is priced at Rs 54.47 lakh, as of today’s exchange rate. Both models are cumulatively limited to 100 units globally.
The bike is powered by a 450cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Since it is a Dakar replica, it gets two radiators, a Brembo hydraulic clutch, and a rally-specific gearing. Moreover, the 34.5-litre fuel tank ensures that the bike can cover as much distance as possible without refueling.
On the hardware front, it boasts a titanium Akrapovic exhaust system designed for high thermal resistance and a fully-adjustable WP Apex suspension on both ends. It also features a Rally tower with an LCD screen for basic information display, a tapered handlebar with rally grips, and wider footpegs.
There is ample use of carbon fibre as well to save the weight. The carbon fibre has been used on the tank pads that provide stability during dune-bashing, carbon fibre on the disc brake guards, and a numbered plate on the handlebar, displaying the unique identity of each individual unit.
