Mahindra has hiked the prices of its popular Scorpio Classic SUV in April 2026. The latest price hike has made the old SUV even more expensive than before.

Mahindra Scorpio Classic April 2026 price hike details
The Scorpio Classic is Mahindra’s oldest horse in the stable. Despite its age, the SUV has been pulling strong sales due to its rugged build quality, durability, and strong road presence.
Mahindra has now hiked the prices of the Scorpio Classic for April 2026. The SUV is sold in three variants, whose price hike details are as follows:
- S 7S (base variant) – Rs 2,000
- S 9S (mid variant) – Rs 25,501
- S11 and S11 CC (top variant) – Rs 29,401
With the above price hike coming into effect immediately, the Scorpio Classic range is now priced at Rs 13-17 lakh (ex-showroom).
Mind you, the Scorpio Classic is based on the old-gen Scorpio, but it features an improved transmission and Pentalink rear suspension parts from the Scorpio N. It is powered by the 2.2-litre m-Hawk turbo diesel engine that is paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
The Scorpio Classic is a ladder-frame SUV and it comes standard with a rear-wheel drive configuration. There is no 4X4 option available on the Scorpio Classic.
